TEA is about Engineers who make art either consciously or subconsciously.
Engineers and Artists are both creatures of thoughts. They are, however, often seen as people who come from or head towards some very different directions. For the lucky ones, the two paths cross and even carry on running in parallel to each other. The objective of TEA is to act as a container for thoughts. The container is always occupied but is never quite full as there is bound to be room for more thinking.
I want to put everything on wheels so that they can become as mobile as I am. My hometown is Hong Kong/Macau. At the moment, I am living in Leeds, UK. I make artwork and I do CAD drawings so that I can afford to do more artwork. My role during the day is to work as an engineer to work out ways of replacing old railway bridges around the UK and my latest art projects include making installations with life cast and doing sound recording.
